https://spectrum-os.org blocking Tor: is this intentional?
I noticed that https://spectrum-os.org doesn't work from Tor. Is this intentional? -- Sincerely, Demi Marie Obenour (she/her/hers)

How many exits did you try? Where were they located? I'm not intentionally blocking Tor, but I'm aware of at least one routing issue I can't do anything about: about 50% of internet connections in Russia, and some in neighbouring countries, are unable to reach my server's IPv4 address, because Arelion isn't letting traffic to it through. It's specifically that address, not the whole block. Since I'm not an Arelion customer, there's not much I can do about it — the only way it could be resolved would be for somebody who can't access it through their ISP to complain to their ISP, and for their ISP to complain to their upstream, up the chain until it reaches Arelion. I do plan to migrate away from that server entirely within the next year though, so when that's done it will at least pass the issue on to whoever happens to next be assigned this IP address…
